Product characteristics
◇High gloss: inorganic material of masterbatch has small particle size, narrow distribution and special treatment on surface, lower oil absorption, good dispersity and good flow ability. Therefore, adding AY-L60 can effectively improve gloss of product.
◇Good mechanical property: as the granularity of inorganic powder is less than 100 nm with small partilce size, big specific surface area and large scale of surface atoms, etc. It can largely improve impact resistance, puncture resistance and abrasive resistance of product, etc. It can also play reinforcement and toughening roles.
◇Reduce thermal shrinkage: special masterbatch for high gloss plastic can effectively increase crystalline of thermoplastic polymer; so as to improve strength and geometrical stability of product and reduce contraction distortion of injection molding.
◇Good processability: special masterbatch for high gloss plastic can improve rigidness, hardness and abrasive resistance of plastic product. Special masterbatch for high gloss plastic has high thermal conductivity and flow ability, which can effectively help to shorten the injection molding period of plastic.
◇Non-toxic and harmless: this product has passed SGS certification without harmful substances like heavy metal, etc. It has little impurity and high purity. Therefore, it can effectively guarantee the safety of product and cleanness on surface.
Product use
AY-L60 and AY-L100 is specially used in injection molding and blow molding of PP and PE products. It can keep gloss of product, reduce thermal shrinkage of product and enhance thermal conductivity and various mechanical properties, etc.It can play modification role for the downstream products with lower cost.Amount of adding these products for blown film or injection molding is about 15%----30%.
Packaging and storage
Generally 25kg/bag. Store in a cool, dry, dark place and avoid moisture.
