AY-6300A, AY-JB63 and AY-JB53is the new achievement of Onmillion Group after the research and development of a number of research institutions. Adopting the high-tech nanotechnology, the products are inorganic silica-alumina coated particles. They have small particle size, narrow distribution, good chemical stability, high activation, good dispersion, low oil absorption, high whiteness and other characteristics. They are specifically applied to a variety of PCB ink products, and can significantly enhance surface gloss with good thixotropy, thermal conductivityand adhesion, and can reduce the coefficient of linear expansion and reduce costs.

Product characteristics
◇ Small particle size; after modified by silica-alumina, theycan effectively improve the suspension and thixotropy. ◇ Acid resistance and alkali resistance, ensuring the stability of the process of gilding and developing. ◇ High L °value, good dispersibility, and the product has a high gloss and bright.
◇ High activation, and good compatibility with resin with improved adhesion.
◇ High whiteness, neutral color, and the stability to maintain a permanent toning and reduce the amount of pigment.
◇ Few impurities, no harmful substances which can ensure the safety of the product.
◇ The product undertakes a special treatment process to obtain low conductivity with less harmful ions.
◇ Low oil absorption and good dispersibility, able to increase the content of barium sulfate and reduce its coefficient of linear expansion. ◇ Small particle diameter, good dispersibility, and they can increase the effective contact area between the barium sulfate and the substrate, and improve its thermal conductivity.

AY-6300A, AY-JB63 and AY-JB53 series can be widely used in various PCB inks industry.
Packaging and storage
Generally 25kg/bag. Store in a cool, dry, darkplace and avoid moisture.
